Formatting rules
Manuscript formatting
- Length: 8–15 pages (A4, Times New Roman 14, 1.5 spacing, 2 cm margins).
- Structure: UDC, title, author information, abstract and keywords (in three languages, 150–250 words), introduction, methodology, results and discussion, conclusion, references.
- References: APA 7 or GOST 7.0.5-2008 style, at least 15 sources, at least 50% from the last 5 years.
- Abstract: states the aim, method, results and conclusion; in three languages.
- Keywords: 5–8, in three languages.
Submission
Manuscripts are submitted only through the website using the step-by-step form in the personal dashboard. Papers sent by e-mail are not considered.

Editing, typesetting, DOI and inclusion in an issue
- The manuscript undergoes an initial editorial check for compliance and plagiarism (3 working days).
- The executive secretary assigns two reviewers. Review is double-blind and takes 14 days.
- Based on the reviews the Editor-in-Chief decides: accept, revise or reject. The author sees the decision and reviewer comments in the dashboard.
- The revised version is uploaded via the dashboard and re-reviewed if necessary.
- The accepted article is edited, typeset, assigned a DOI and included in the next issue.

Payment procedure
The publication fee is paid after the article is accepted, by bank transfer against the invoice issued by the editorial office. The payment confirmation is uploaded to the personal dashboard.

- The paper has not been published or submitted elsewhere
- UDC, title, abstract and keywords are provided in three languages
- Information on all authors (affiliation, e-mail, ORCID) is complete
- References follow the required style
- The manuscript file is prepared using the template
- Plagiarism report (if available) is attached
