Maqolada mavzuning nazariy-metodologik asoslari yoritilgan, so'nggi yillardagi statistik ma'lumotlar va ilmiy adabiyotlar tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijalari asosida muammoning asosiy omillari aniqlangan va ularni bartaraf etish bo'yicha ilmiy-amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan. Xulosalar sohaga oid keyingi tadqiqotlar uchun asos bo'lib xizmat qilishi mumkin.

В статье раскрыты теоретико-методологические основы темы, проанализированы статистические данные последних лет и научная литература. На основе результатов исследования выявлены ключевые факторы проблемы и разработаны научно-практические предложения по их устранению. Выводы могут служить основой для дальнейших исследований в данной области.

Abstract en

The article reveals the theoretical and methodological foundations of the topic and analyses recent statistical data and scholarly literature. Based on the research results, the key factors of the problem are identified and scientific and practical proposals for addressing them are developed.
